MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – February 3, 2014 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Michael Sullivan, Fire Chief

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
The agreement that was made between the Board of Selectmen and Fire Department was that once the HUMVEE was added to the fleet the existing brush truck would be taken off. Mike is requesting that the brush truck remain part of the fleet. Steve stated that it is a piece of equipment that will remain within the fleet that isn’t being used very often. Eric has concerns with the Town of Tolland becoming fleet heavy. Eric made a motion that the Fire Department can keep the brush truck with the understanding that no town monies other then insuring will be used towards the truck. The Board of Selectmen will revisit the condition of the truck in a year. Steve seconded and Tom abstained.
The Board of Selectmen worked on Fiscal 2015 budgets.
